Faces of Change mission is to provide quality Christ-centered services to individuals whose lives have been shattered by life controlling issues, as well as helping to bridge the gap for a safe transition back into families, churches and communities.
Our approach to evangelism is simple: Love First. We meet people right where they are, without judgement or pressure. Through compassion and consistency, trusting that in time we can share the love of Christ and help point them toward a way out.
Minister Lucy DuBose is the Founder and CEO of Faces of Change Inc., a Christ-centered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit/ministry based in Camden, New Jersey, serving individuals affected by addiction and life-controlling issues.
After overcoming her own battle with addiction, Lucy graduated from the Hoving Home and continued her training at Zion Bible College and the Assemblies of God New Jersey School of Ministry (DSOM). With over 28 years of sobriety, she has dedicated her life to helping others find lasting freedom through Christ-centered recovery.
Lucy served for ten years as the Addictions Services Director at Fellowship House and later founded Faces of Change Inc. in 2014. Through her leadership, the organization has helped hundreds of individuals enter long-term recovery programs across the United States.
She is a recipient of the New Jersey State Governor’s Jefferson Award and has received multiple commendations for her service and impact. Lucy is also a minister and speaker known for sharing God’s Word with authenticity, transparency and compassion.
She remains committed to serving the city of Camden and helping individuals experience transformation through Christ.
