Faces of Change is a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry providing recovery support for men and women impacted by addiction, alcoholism, prostitution, and other life-controlling issues. Through faith-based guidance and practical support, we help individuals begin their journey toward healing, restoration, and long-term recovery.

Our services focus on three key areas designed to support individuals at every stage of recovery:

  • Intervention and Program Placement
  • Community Outreach
  • Aftercare and Transitional Support
Intervention and Recovery Support

Faces of Change helps individuals take the first step toward recovery through assessment, guidance, and placement into Christian rehabilitation programs.

Assessment and Recovery Planning

Each individual receives a detailed assessment to determine the appropriate level of care. This process reviews factors such as substance use history, trauma, medical needs, and personal circumstances in order to connect individuals with the most effective treatment options.

Program Placement and Referral

We assist individuals with placement into trusted Christian inpatient rehabilitation programs across the United States. Our team helps coordinate the application process, gather required documents, schedule interviews, and arrange transportation when needed.

Christ-Centered Support Meetings

Faces of Change offers supportive recovery meetings focused on accountability, healing, and spiritual growth.

Support groups may include:

  • Addiction recovery support
  • Short-term preparation for treatment programs
  • Support for family members and loved ones
  • Trauma and grief support
  • Emotional healing and depression support
  • Domestic violence recovery
  • Life skills development
  • Spiritual growth and discipleship
Community Outreach

Building trust and meaningful relationships within the community is an essential part of our ministry.

Street Outreach Ministry

Our outreach teams regularly visit areas throughout the community to connect with individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, and prostitution. Through compassion and relationship-building, we offer encouragement, prayer, and access to recovery resources.

Community Partnerships

Faces of Change partners with churches, organizations, and local businesses to expand access to recovery support and community resources.

Aftercare and Transitional Support

Recovery does not end after completing a treatment program. Faces of Change provides ongoing support to help individuals successfully transition back into everyday life.

Mentoring and Life Skills Development

Participants receive mentoring and guidance as they rebuild their lives. Support may include:

  • Resume building and job placement
  • Financial budgeting
  • Parenting support
  • Relapse prevention strategies
  • Connection to a healthy local church community
Case Management

Case management services help individuals stay connected to the resources and support systems needed for long-term recovery and stability.
