Faces of Change Inc. (FOC) is a 501 (c) (3) Christ-centered nonprofit/ministry dedicated to reaching men and women,  ages eighteen and older, who are bound by addiction and other life-controlling issues. 

Serving the greater Camden area, we go beyond awareness - we step directly into the broken places. In the midst of a growing substance abuse crisis affecting communities across our nation, Faces of Change exists to extend a lifeline of hope to those who feel forgotten. 

Through hands-on outreach,  personal intervention, and ongoing aftercare, we walk alongside individuals as they take their first steps toward freedom. We help connect them to Christian rehabilitation programs across the country, while continuing to support them through safe, Christ-centered meetings and transitional care. 

Because we believe no one is too far gone - and real change is possible.
